Tractor Spreader

The tractor spreader adopts a traction design. It is driven by the rear power output shaft of the tractor to achieve the transportation and spreading of fertilizers. The structure is compact and the operation is convenient. It is suitable for various terrains and soils.

Main structure:

Traction frame: Connects the tractor and the fertilizer spreader, ensuring the stability of the equipment during operation.

Fertilizer box: With a large capacity design, it can hold a large amount of fertilizer, reducing the frequency of adding materials and improving work efficiency.

Hydraulic system: The tractor spreader is driven by the hydraulic output of the tractor. After the hydraulic motor operates, the fertilizer is transported backward through the fertilizer conveying device to ensure the continuity and stability of the fertilizer transportation.

Transmission system: Includes the power input shaft, triple-unit gearbox, etc., which transmits the power of the tractor to the fertilizer spreading disc to achieve the spreading of fertilizer.

Fertilizer delivery device: The fertilizer is transported from the fertilizer box to the fertilizer spreading plate through the hopper, ensuring the uniformity of the fertilizer delivery.

Fertilizer spreading system: Composed of the fertilizer spreading disc, which spreads fertilizer evenly to the field through rotation, ensuring fine and uniform distribution.

Track mechanism: Supports the weight of the equipment and ensures the stability of the equipment during operation.
