Tractor Mist Blower Sprayer

The tractor mist blower sprayer produced by Shouxin Factory is composed of a large-capacity PE medicine box, a tower-type flow fan, a high-pressure plunger pump, a frame and a suspension device. It is designed to be compact and compatible with various types of suspension. Among them, the medicine box uses food-grade PE material, which is corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant. The capacity can be selected from 30L to 1500L, and it is equipped with a built-in backwater stirring device to ensure that the medicine solution is uniform and without precipitation.

The fan adopts ultra-light anti-corrosion blades, with strong wind power and a range of up to 10–15 meters, can flip the blades to achieve uniform coating on both sides. The frame is sprayed with plastic, rust-proof and durable; the whole machine has passed strict vibration and sealing tests, and is suitable for complex field environments.

Core function

The Tractor Mist Blower Sprayer uses high-speed airflow to push atomized pesticide solution, which has strong penetration and suitable for densely planted orchards and cash crops. The size of the mist droplets and the amount of pesticide can be adjusted to reduce pesticide waste and improve the of prevention and control. Besides, this product can cover an area of 200–500 mu per day, supporting spraying with different capacities.

Application scenarios

1.Orchards: Densely planted fruit trees such as apples, pears, peaches, oranges, and grapes, especially for mountainous and hilly orchards.

2. crops: Tea gardens, berry gardens, and flower bases, etc.

3.Public scenarios: Disinfection and sterilization operations in large farms, dumps, and breeding farms.

Operating Instructions

1.Installation and Inspection: Hang the tractor mist blower sprayer on the back of the tractor, connect the power shaft, and check if the pipelines, nozzles, and safety devices are in good condition.

2.Pesticide Preparation: Dilute the pesticide according the ratio, pour it into the tank, start the backwater stirring device, and ensure the pesticide is evenly mixed.

3.Operation: Start the tractor, the power output shaft, and operate the fan and pump body. Adjust the nozzle angle and fan speed, and adjust the working height according to the crop height. Drive at a constant speed, keep the working speed and spraying amount matched, and avoid over-spraying or missing spraying.

4. Post-operation Treatment:the tank and pipelines with clean water, drain the residual pesticide and clean the nozzles.
