PTO Fertilizer Spreader

The PTO fertilizer spreader is driven by the power output shaft (PTO) of the tractor to achieve fertilizer scattering operations. The core components include the fertilizer box, the agitator, the spreading device and the transmission system. When in operation, the tractor PTO transmits power to the power input shaft of the fertilizer spender, driving the rotating wheels to rotate synchronously, which in turn drives the swinging fork to swing, allowing the fertilizer to be evenly scattered throughout the field through the swinging combination.

The PTO fertilizer spreader is used for high-quality, large-scale and efficient sowing operations. It is mainly used for sowing base fertilizer before ploughing in farmland, sowing after ploughing, and mixed sowing of seeds and fertilizers in grasslands and pastures, as well as spreading de-icing agents after snowfall.The PTO fertilizer spreader is used in conjunction with a four-wheel tractor with rear-mounted suspension. It is suitable for sowing and fertilizing in various areas with different conditions such as flat farmland, grassland, sloping land and hilly land in agricultural, forestry and pastoral areas.

Fertilizer box structure

The frame is welded with high-strength alloy steel and covered with an anti-rust coating on the outside, which is firm and wear-resistant.

Unloading design

The PTO fertilizer spreader’s bottom is equipped with a double-screw discharger to prevent fertilizer residue and blockage.

Stirrer

The stirrer adopts a sealed bearing design, which is dust-proof and water-proof.

Seeding plate

Thickened material, adjustable scattering Angle, to achieve different scattering widths.
