Product Description

Mechanical transmission system

Power input: Connected to the gearbox of the fertilizer spreading machine through the rear output transmission shaft of the tractor, it drives the chain wheel group to make the conveying auger and the fertilizer spreading disc rotate synchronously.

Fertilizer transportation: Plastic fertilizer spreaders adopting a double-screw auger structure, it realizes the precise transportation of fertilizer from the fertilizer box to the discharge box through chain transmission, and the speed can be adjusted.

Spraying and spreading mechanism: The high-speed rotating fertilizer spreading disc is equipped with arc-shaped blades, using centrifugal force to spread the fertilizer to a 12-24-meter wide area, with a spreading uniformity of ≥ 90%.

Innovative Design of Plastic Fertilizer Box

Material Advantage: Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, it weighs 40% less than metal fertilizer boxes, and its corrosion resistance is enhanced by 3 times, with a service life of over 10 years.

Function Optimization: The inner wall of the fertilizer box is designed to be smooth, reducing fertilizer residue. The V-shaped pointed bottom structure ensures smooth fertilizer discharge.
