How to Install

UPVC Socket Elbow (Glued Connection)

1.Cut the pipe straight, then clear away burrs and dirt on the pipe and fitting.

2.Spread PVC glue evenly on the outside of the pipe and inside the elbow socket.

3.Push the pipe all the way in, and twist it a little to get a firm seal.

4.Hold it steady for 30 seconds to set.

5.Wait 2 to 4 hours for the glue to fully dry before using the pipe.

HDPE Compression Elbow (Push-in Connection)

1.Cut the HDPE pipe flat, and smooth off rough edges inside and outside.

2.Loosen the nut, take out the rubber ring, and slide both onto the pipe.

3.Push the pipe into the elbow until it hits the stopper inside.

4.Tighten the nut by hand first, then use a wrench to turn it another 1 to 2 times.

Threaded Elbow

1.Wind PTFE tape clockwise around the male thread to stop water leaks.

2.Screw the elbow onto the matching part by hand first.

3.Tighten it gently with a wrench. Do not over-twist, or you will damage the threads.
