Tractor Wheel Rake

The tractor wheel rake is classified into two types based on the type of its rotating components: the rotary rake type and the spring tooth type. The wheel rake has 6 to 8 rakes on each rotating component. During operation, it is pulled forward by the tractor, and the rakes are driven by the power output shaft and controlled by a fixed cam installed in the middle. While rotating around the central axis, they also rotate independently, thereby completing tasks such as harvesting and releasing the grass.

How to use the wheel rake

1.Preparations

● Check equipment:

Verify that all components of the tractor wheel rakes are in good condition, and check that the hydraulic system and power output shaft of the tractor are functioning properly.

● Clear the site:

Remove any obstacles on the site to prevent damage to the wheel rake and affect the operation efficiency.

2. Connection and Adjustment

● Connect it

● Adjust the parameters of the wheel rake

● Adjust the height of the prongs

3. Operation

● Start the tractor

● Begin the hay harvesting operation: Drive the tractor slowly forward to start the wheel rake During the operation, maintain a constant speed, avoid sudden acceleration, deceleration or turning, to prevent damage to the tractor wheel rakes or affecting the harvesting effect.
