Air Blast Trailed Sprayer

The air blast trailed sprayer can be used in conjunction with tractors with power ranging from 50 to 100 horsepower. With rear-wheel traction, this equipment can meet various spraying requirements. It features a powerful pneumatic structure and combines a large-displacement diaphragm pump to ensure strong spraying capabilities. It is suitable for crops of various planting densities, which also ensures that the leaf surfaces and backs receive the same spraying effect.

Features of the Sprayer

This air blast trailed sprayer adopts a rear-tow operation mode, enabling more efficient pesticide spraying at any time.

The machine is equipped with a high-strength, corrosion-resistant PE engineering plastic water tank for pipeline flushing, along with a quick-clean pipeline filter and a hand-washable water tank.

The pesticide tank is powered by a jet agitation as a mixing device, preventing the pesticide solution from settling, making it more suitable for powder and low-solubility pesticides.

With a powerful pneumatic structure and a high-displacement diaphragm pump, this machine has a strong spraying capacity and is suitable for crops of various planting densities. It can also effectively ensure that both the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves receive the same spraying effect.

The traction frame is connected to the lower link of the tractor. The ground clearance can be adjusted in real time, providing better slope passing ability.

When using the air-flow towed sprayer, make sure that the pressure of the pesticide pump does not exceed the maximum working pressure and the maximum rotational speed. Before using it in winter, check if the pump has frozen. If it has, do not use it. The lubricating oil inside the pump should be replaced every quarter or after approximately 300 hours of continuous operation. After removing the dirty oil, add kerosene or light diesel oil, and repeatedly rotate the pump shaft to remove the dirt inside the pump. Then add clean lubricating oil.
