Single Side Wheel Rakes

This single side wheel rakes adopt a single-side wheeled layout design. This design not only reduces the equipment's occupied area during operation, but also offers flexibility. Even for narrow and elongated plots, irregular corners of fields, or hilly areas with significant terrain fluctuations, single-side wheeled harrow machines can easily navigate through them, achieving comprehensive and seamless land preparation operations without any blind spots. This effectively avoids the problem of operational blind areas that traditional land preparation equipment often encounters due to its large size.

Design details

High gap design

The high-gap frame design provides greater capacity during operation, enabling smoother crop transportation and excellent wind pile formation. This makes the vehicle have excellent ground passability when entering and leaving the field, making operation more convenient.

Fully welded rear axle

The main frame of the rear axle is manufactured using a fully welded process to ensure maximum strength and durability, thereby extending its service life.

Offset auger arm elevation

When the hydraulic valve is activated, the lifting direction of the auger wheel will first raise the front wheel. When the wind pile is inserted into the field, it can fully form the wind pile. Then, after the front wheel is raised, the rear wheel will be lifted to complete the formation of the wind pile, without leaving two short wind piles at the end.

During the manufacturing process of the rake blades, we employed advanced heat treatment techniques and precise processing methods, which enabled the rake blades to possess extremely high hardness and wear resistance, allowing them to operate stably for a long time in harsh field conditions.
