Precautions

1. Pre-operation Inspection: Before starting the pneumatic corn planter, check the air intake fan's seal, the cleanliness of the seed suction disc, and the unobstructed flow of the seed dispensing pipe; ensure the tractor's suspension system is securely connected and the air pressure gauge reads normally.

2. Sowing Parameter Calibration: According to the required planting density, calibrate the plant spacing and sowing depth in advance. It is recommended to conduct a trial sowing to check the emergence rate and uniformity before large-scale operation.

3. In-operation Monitoring: The Pneumatic Precision Corn Seeder should be operated at a constant speed, avoiding sudden acceleration or braking; stop every hour to check for blockages in the seed dispenser.

4.Post-operation Maintenance: After operation, promptly clean the seed box, seed suction disc, and seed dispensing pipe of any residual seeds and soil; check the wear of the press rollers, lubricate and maintain bearings and other components, and store in a dry, ventilated place.
