Maize Seeders

The working process of a maize seeder can be divided into three stages: seed transportation, precise seed discharge, and furrow opening and soil covering. Seeds enter the seed discharge device from the seed box through a gravity or vibration device. The seed dispenser quantitatively arranges seeds according to preset parameters such as row spacing and grain spacing. The seeds after seed arrangement fall into the grooves drawn by the furrow opener through the seed guide tube.

The furrow opener cuts out sowing furrows in the soil, and the depth is adjusted by mechanical structure or hydraulic system. After the seeds fall into the trench, the soil covering board backfills the soil on both sides, and the compaction wheel compacts the soil, forming a complete sowing loop.
