After the land is finely leveled by the laser land graders, the production conditions of the soil are improved, achieving a comprehensive effect. It can enhance the productivity of farmland, save water and increase production, help control weeds and pests, reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, and minimize environmental pollution.
The laser emitter of the laser land graders emits a rotating beam, forming a light plane on the working area, which serves as the reference plane for leveling the land. This light plane can be flat or inclined. The laser receiver is installed on the telescopic rod of the loader. When the receiver detects the laser signal, it continuously sends signals to the control box. After receiving the signal, the control box makes corrections and uses the corrected signal to control the hydraulic valve, thereby changing the flow direction and flow rate of the hydraulic oil to the cylinder, and automatically controlling the height of the scraper.
Main Components
The laser land graders include the emitter, receiver, control box, hydraulic mechanism and loader.
(1) Emitter: This emitter is fixed on a tripod. The laser emitter emits a laser reference plane with a rotational speed of 300-600 r/min and an effective light beam radius of 300-450 m. The mechanical part is installed on a universal joint system, so the light plane can be inclined according to the slope.
(2) Receiver: The receiver is fixedly installed on the telescopic rod of the loader and connected to the control box by a cable. After receiving the light beam emitted by the emitter, it converts the light signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to the control box through the cable.
(3) Control Box: The control box receives the signal from the on-board laser receiver for calculation and analysis and sends instructions to the electromagnetic hydraulic valve.
(4) Hydraulic Control Valve: The hydraulic valve is installed on the tractor and connected to the tractor's hydraulic system. When in automatic control mode, it controls the lifting and lowering of the leveling scraper through the expansion and contraction of the cylinder piston.
