HDPE Electrofusion Equal Tee

HDPE Electrofusion Equal Tee is made from PE100 HDPE raw material, which is non-toxic and does not leach out, so it will not pollute irrigation water sources. It is resistant to ultraviolet rays, aging, and soil acid and alkali corrosion, with a service life of over 50 years. Its smooth inner wall, large diameter, and high water delivery efficiency make it suitable for irrigation projects in various weather conditions, and it can operate in environments ranging from -40℃ to 60℃.

HDPE Electrofusion Equal Tee has an internal heating wire and its joint strength is higher than that of pipes, making it less prone to loosening, leakage, or pipe detachment during irrigation. It is easy to install and can be completed by one person.

How to use it

Insert the pipe into the three sockets to secure it to the HDPE Electrofusion Equal Tee and prevent displacement. Connect the terminals of the electrofusion welding machine to the pipe fittings. Do not move, knock, or pull during welding. After completion, allow it to cool naturally. Check for any abnormalities and perform a water pressure test. If there are no problems, you can proceed with the process.
