The ground driven manure spreaders are the ground driven machine designed for daily use and light loads. It is made of high-quality materials and is constructed to be durable.
It has a fully welded steel box, an A-frame clutch design, a heavy-duty steel frame, a reducer and a ground drive unit. The special ratchet clutch drive system can easily unload your manure spreaders.
Main features:
Easy operation: The design is simple and easy to use, allowing users to apply manure quickly and effectively without requiring extensive training.
Large capacity: The container of the ground driven manure spreaders have a capacity of 1700mm*700*400mm, capable of efficiently handling a large amount of manure and suitable for larger fields.
Adjustable opening: The opening width can be adjusted for flexibility, enabling it to adapt to different spreading modes and coverage areas.
Efficient blade design: Equipped with 10 durable blades, it ensures uniform distribution of manure, enhances soil fertility, and promotes healthy crop growth.
Compact size: The size is 2100mm×980mm×700mm, with a net weight of 215 kilograms, small in size but capable of handling heavy loads.
Wide range of applications: Suitable for manure spreading, this machine supports various types of manure spreading, helping to increase farm productivity.
Daily inspection and cleaning
1. Pre-operation inspection
Check the tension of the drive wheel chain/belt to ensure there is no looseness or wear; confirm that the connecting bolts of the transmission shaft are tightened.
Hydraulic system: Observe the hydraulic oil level and check for any leakage or aging in the pipelines.
Tires and braking: Check the tire pressure to ensure safety and prevent blowouts.
2. Cleaning after homework
Clean the inner walls of the container in time and remove some residues to prevent corrosion.
Rinse the mud and dirt off the vehicle with clean water, dry it thoroughly, and then apply the anti-rust agent. Pay special attention to the metal parts such as the chains and hinge points.
3. Regular maintenance
It is necessary to maintain some of the lubrication systems (such as chains, belts, bearings and some hydraulic components, etc.)
It is important to replace any easily damaged parts (such as the stirrer, hydraulic oil, etc.). If there is severe wear and tear, it is necessary to replace them promptly.
If the ground driven manure spreaders are to be left unused for a long time, it should be placed on a dry and flat surface to prevent the tires from deforming.
