Daily inspection and cleaning

1. Pre-operation inspection

Check the tension of the drive wheel chain/belt to ensure there is no looseness or wear; confirm that the connecting bolts of the transmission shaft are tightened.

Hydraulic system: Observe the hydraulic oil level and check for any leakage or aging in the pipelines.

Tires and braking: Check the tire pressure to ensure safety and prevent blowouts.

2. Cleaning after homework

Clean the inner walls of the container in time and remove some residues to prevent corrosion.

Rinse the mud and dirt off the vehicle with clean water, dry it thoroughly, and then apply the anti-rust agent. Pay special attention to the metal parts such as the chains and hinge points.

3. Regular maintenance

It is necessary to maintain some of the lubrication systems (such as chains, belts, bearings and some hydraulic components, etc.)

It is important to replace any easily damaged parts (such as the stirrer, hydraulic oil, etc.). If there is severe wear and tear, it is necessary to replace them promptly.
