Automatic Pesticide Sprayer

This automatic pesticide sprayer is driven independently by two motors. One motor is responsible for high-pressure spraying, while the other motor is used for automatic pipe rolling. The two motors can work synchronously and also support remote control operations within a range of 500 meters. It can adjust the size of the spray and the speed of pipe unwinding. The automatic pipe rolling system uses gear and chain transmission to achieve orderly retraction and extension of the pipe, reducing manual intervention and lowering labor costs.

Working principle

Spraying process:

The motor of the automatic pesticide sprayer drives the plunger pump to pressurize the liquid, and then the liquid is sprayed out in a mist form through the nozzle.

The pressure regulating valve and stabilizer bottle ensure stable pressure, meeting the needs of different crops.

Rolling tube process:

The rolling tube motor is driven by gears/sprockets and automatically retracts and extends the medicine tube.

The induction gear technology enables "stop when pulled", avoiding entanglement.

Synchronized operation:

Two motors operate independently, allowing for simultaneous spraying and rolling tube operations, enhancing work efficiency.
