The plow point of the 3 point hitch hydraulic flipping plows adopt a vertical inclined design, which can form an acute angle with the ground. Compared with traditional plow implements, the resistance when entering the soil is reduced by more than 40%. It can penetrate the soil more easily. This structural design enables the three-point suspension plow body to still enter the soil smoothly in hard soil or in areas covered with straw, achieving a deep plowing depth of 25-35 centimeters. Deep plowing can break the plow layer, increase soil porosity, promote the rooting of crop roots, and at the same time bury surface weeds, pests, and diseases deep underground, reducing the amount of pesticide usage.
Combination modular structure
The plow body adopts a bolt assembly process. The vulnerable parts such as the plow tip, plow body, and plow leg can be replaced separately. The maintenance cost can be reduced by about 60%, avoiding the traditional maintenance mode of "total failure upon damage". For example, after the plow tip is worn out, only the front part needs to be replaced, without the need to scrap the plow body entirely. The single maintenance cost is reduced to one-third of that of traditional plows.
Hydraulic lifting system
The hydraulic cylinders are controlled by a dual distribution valve to achieve rapid and smooth lifting of the plow body. Compared with traditional mechanical plows, the hydraulic drive shortens the lifting time to within 30 seconds and eliminates the need for central furrowing in the field. It can operate in a serpentine manner along the plow furrow and, on sloping terrain, the hydraulic system can automatically adjust the plow frame angle to adapt to a 15° lateral inclination, maintaining a constant plowing depth.
These 3 point hitch hydraulic flipping plows combine structural innovation with hydraulic technology to achieve improved farming efficiency, soil protection, and ease of operation.
