Pre-job core maintenance

1. Inspection of plastic components: Check the material box, spreading disc, fertilizer distribution pipeline, etc. Ensure there are no cracks, damages, aging, and that the connections and seals are not loose or have gaps. Use a soft-bristled brush or dry cloth to clean the surface debris. Do not use hard tools.

2. Transmission and Rotation Inspection: Tighten all connecting bolts (with a special focus on the fixing bolts of the spreading disc); Rotate the spreading disc to ensure it operates smoothly without any jamming or abnormal noise, and that the plastic blades are not worn or broken; Inspect the lubrication areas, ensuring adequate oil level, good oil quality, and unobstructed ventilation devices.

3. Inspection of fertilizer discharge system: Remove debris from the fertilizer discharge port and the fertilizer discharge impeller to ensure smooth rotation; Adjust the fertilizer discharge regulating device to precisely set the discharge volume without any jamming; The fertilizer needs to be crushed and dried (with moisture content ≤ 12%), and large particle impurities should be filtered out.

4. Suspension connection: The equipment is aligned horizontally with the tractor's suspension, the hydraulic lifting is flexible, and the oil pipes show no leakage or entanglement.

Core maintenance in the operation

1. Shut down every 30-60 minutes: Clear the clumped fertilizer in the material box, check for no leakage; Observe the operation of the spreading disc, ensuring no shaking, abnormal noise, and even distribution of the fertilizer.

2. Check for abnormal fertilizer discharge: Ensure there is no blockage or leakage. In case of blockage, use soft tools for cleaning (do not use hard tools); promptly adjust the fertilizer discharge volume.

Post-operation core maintenance

1. Comprehensive cleaning: Separate the equipment from the tractor, place it in a dry and ventilated area; thoroughly clean the material box, fertilizer discharge system, and the remaining residue on the sowing disc. Use warm water to clean the stubborn residues and dry the inner walls; use compressed air to blow clean the fertilizer discharge pipeline.

2. Inspection and Repair: Check for any new damages or minor cracks in the plastic components. Use special glue to repair them, mark and replace severely damaged parts; Tighten loose components, replenish or replace lubricating oil, and check for oil leaks.

3. Protection treatment: Apply special protective agent to plastic parts; apply rust remover/frost-proof oil to metal parts. When stored outdoors, it is necessary to protect against rain and sunlight and cover with dust-proof cloth.
