The boom system of the Boom Sprayer is made of high-strength lightweight alloy materials, which not only significantly enhances the structural stability but also reduces the vibration of the machine during operation, ensuring the uniformity and precision of the sprayed liquid. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent flow control system, which can automatically adjust the rate and spray pressure of the liquid according to the working speed, crop height, and pest situation, avoiding the waste of chemicals and excessive spraying, reducing the cost of using pesticides farmers and reducing the pollution to the soil and the environment.
In terms of work efficiency, the Boom Sprayer can expand the width of the boom up to 18 meters, covering a larger area than traditional spraying equipment in a single operation, and can complete pest control operations on more than 80 mu of farmland per hour, significantly improving the production of large-scale farms. At the same time, the large-capacity tank and quick refill interface design of the equipment reduce the number of refills during operation, further short the operation cycle, allowing farmers to seize the agricultural season and efficiently deal with the high incidence period of pests and diseases.
The person in charge of Shuoxin Factory stated that the research and development of the new generation of Boom Sprayer took two years, and the conducted in-depth research on agricultural production scenarios in different parts of the country, and made special optimizations for the protection needs of major food crops such as wheat, corn, and beans.
