Corn Seed Machine

The power transmission system of the corn seed machine converts the power of the tractor into the power required for the seeding operation through mechanical linkage. It is connected to the rear of the tractor via a three-point suspension device and utilizes the hydraulic system of the tractor to provide lifting and traction forces, enabling the seeder to move synchronously with the tractor.

Operation Specifications and Maintenance:

1.Preparation before homework

Machine inspection: Ensure that the furrow opener, corn seed machine, and transmission components are free from wear and that they are adequately lubricated.

Parameter setting: Adjust the plant spacing, row spacing, and seeding depth according to the characteristics of the variety.

2. Precautions during operation

Uniform speed driving: Avoid sharp turns or reversing to prevent damage to the components.

Real-time monitoring: Check the seeding quality every 10 minutes.

3. Daily maintenance

Cleaning and maintenance: After the operation, clean the seed box, fertilizer box, and residue of the furrow opener to prevent corrosion.

Key component repair: Replace the worn-out ground wheels bearings and seed distributor partitions every season, and calibrate the sensor accuracy.
