Srpski језикAgricultural Irrigation PE Pipes for agricultural irrigation are widely used in modern farm irrigation. With a smooth inner wall, these pipes effectively reduce water flow resistance.Their integrated joint design completely avoids water leakage and waste. When used with drip irrigation and micro-spray systems, the pipes deliver water and fertilizer directly to the root zone of crops. This not only cuts down water resource waste, but also realizes high-efficiency water-saving irrigation.
The pipe material directly determines durability, sealing stability and long-term water-saving effect.Standard PE irrigation pipes adopt PE100 as the main material for better pressure resistance and long-term durability. PE80 grade is also available for option. All products strictly comply with GB/T 13663 and ISO 4427 standards, featuring non-toxic, eco-friendly performance with no heavy metal precipitation.
The pipe outer diameter can be flexibly selected according to the irrigation scale.Agricultural irrigation pipes are available in sizes from 20 mm to 110 mm.20 mm, 25 mm and 32 mm are ideal as lateral pipes for drip and micro-spray irrigation systems.50 mm, 63 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm and 110 mm are applied as main pipelines for large-area farmland water transmission.
Covers 0.32–1.0 MPa, with mainstream grades of 0.6 MPa, 0.8 MPa and 1.0 MPa. 0.6 MPa is ideal for flat farmland, while 0.8–1.0 MPa is more suitable for hilly areas, high-lift and high-pressure irrigation conditions.
Against the global backdrop of rational water resource utilization, PE pipes stand as a core component of water-saving irrigation systems. Proper selection of PE pipe materials directly determines irrigation performance and efficiency.High-quality PE pipes are gaining growing importance in modern agricultural irrigation, with market demand continuing to rise steadily across the farming industry.
Scientific material selection and reasonable specification matching can not only boost irrigation efficiency and conserve water resources, but also cut overall operational costs, delivering strong support for the sustainable development of modern agriculture.
